Product Description
1. Whole equipment simple design, beam using 200*200*8mm square tube welded structure, which is integrally processed and formed by a gantry milling machine. It has the characteristics of light weight, good mechanical strength, high stability, and not easy to deform.
2. Dual drive, better guarantee the stability of cutting, ensure the consistency of the gantry walking direction. and more assured of the cutting quality than general cantilever or portable cutting machine.
3. X-axis adopts high precision square linear rail with 20mm width, and and four high-precision heavy-duty linear sliders to ensure the smooth operation of the torch head in the X-axis direction high precision.
4. Y-axis using 24 kgs steel rail, with a length of 2000mm,small deformation, strong rigidity, knock against, dust wear-resisting, the preferred rail in industrial environment. Each rail is equipped with three sets of adjusting blocks and pressing blocks, which is convenient for users to accurately adjust the straightness, levelness and spacing of the Y-axis.
5. X axis adopting the helical rack, M2, 20*20*1000MM, higher efficiency, greatly reduced the cumulative error of the machine. The gear is fine-grinded, with accuracy of grade 7.
